Very nicely located and cozy cafe and restaurant with an excellent selection of cakes. Nice summer terrace with a view of the spa gardens and the Wurmberg. Friendly service.

Fantastic place! We were cold, wet and tired from our ride up Brocken. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to look after us! (Even gave us a blanket). Tasty food and coffee! We will be back to try the cakes next time! Thank you :)

Small cozy cafe. With a good variety of food and drinks. Whether warm or cold food and drinks, you are well served here. Very friendly staff. We will be back.

We have been coming here for years. Very nice staff. The food is great. We have no understanding for the guests who (due to Corona) do not show any insight. We can only recommend this restaurant🙂👍 Kind regards, Petra and Kosta

Unfortunately, we cannot give a rating for food and drinks, as we were very unfriendly advised that there is no service inside, but only on the terrace and there is no space there. Could definitely have been more friendly. We then left. If there is no interest in the guest, one should think about the choice of job.

Small café (and restaurant) with a terrace. The food here was good and plentiful. And the dessert a dream. However, the chairs outside are not particularly comfortable, so one point is deducted. Otherwise really recommendable!

Nice service. The menu is clear and there is something for every taste. The food is tasty. Unfortunately, they don't take mouthguards that seriously.

Good traditional Harz food and a lovely deck at the rear, peaceful with green all around. Only spoilt by smoke from smokers whilst trying to enjoy the taste of the food.

The service was very friendly and efficient. We were there with 3 children, everything was tasty. The prices are more than okay. We sat outside, the view is simply beautiful. Also on the 2 days we ate there, there was no service inside. But that has something to do with the lack of space in the guest room. There is a phone to call and ask or, even better, to make a reservation. We felt very comfortable on both visits. We also took cake with us, very tasty. Many thanks to the ladies!

Very friendly staff. We didn't have any reservation, wait a little bit and were just welcome and it was busy! You now what I mean, specialy if you're only two. Lovely food, nice terras looking to the park. Cheers!

Food was very tasty, ordered the potato wedges with quark and salad at lunchtime. These were the best of their kind, never seen better anywhere else. The staff was also very friendly and it was also brisk. Clear recommendation.

Food very good, staff always friendly and in a good mood. I would recommend it anytime. And when we are in Schierke and the surrounding area with our motorcycle, we are very happy to come back there. Greetings Olaf

Today we had to sit in the blazing sun at 38 degrees. Even after asking several times whether we could sit in the shade, we were refused to implement it. And shortly afterwards new guests were sitting in the shade. My daughter got a nice sunburn. Thank you very much and never again this place.

We have been coming here for 10 years. The food was and is always very good, the service is very friendly and always for fun. We will continue to come back here again and again!

I can only agree with most of the reviews, but today the two waitresses were in a very bad mood and were quite rude to several guests. The café is nicely designed, nicely located and reasonably priced. However, the extra advertised cakes were all bought and defrosted, one of ours was only defrosted about half ...

In itself a beautiful terrace, unfortunately the beautiful calm was disturbed by a saxophone chapel. The music was not bad, unfortunately it was much too loud and the two saxophonists came within a few centimeters of the guests' faces with the instrument, which is simply inappropriate at the moment. When I mentioned the conditions that it was annoying, I was advised that she did not see it that way. Finally, the chapel blocked the narrow path and you had to push yourself through without anyone making room.

We had a very nice experience here last year so we were planning on eating here again this year. But when we arrived the service was terrible. We had to look ourselves for a spot when we asked for a table for 2. There were many tables available were there were 2 persons on 4 personstables. We didn't feel welcome at all so went away. Pity!!! That's not how you treat guests...
